Working in Swansea based contact centre, you'll deal exclusively with commercial customers, providing them with great service over the phone. A key part of it will be to help customers identify the products or services that can help them get where they want to be.
Dealing with inbound calls and various queries including, multiple account transaction history, Day to Day banking and additional business services. You will be personable, conscientious and and be keen to develop your sales and service skills. You will need to enjoy working on the phone, have some experience of dealing with customers.
Full training will be given and after successfully passing a 3 month induction you will receive a discretionary £500 increase to your annual salary and regular discretionary performance bonus.
